It wasn’t until I waited in the room for almost 40 minutes to see the Dr with my paper nightgown on that I got upset. The room was freezing cold and I just wanted to get home for a 3 am tip time the next day. They did get me taken care of or I might have left a 3 star rating.”

Also the vibe in the shop is chill and relaxing and has a nice set up the other workers there are nice The haircut came with a hot or cold towel (i got a hot one) also a quick massage with the machine. From check-in, to pre-op, to endoscopy, David Van Dam, M.D. of Grand Canyon Anesthesia, the nurse anesthetist, and post-op. Everyone was good. I agree with Anita Hardesty's comments. The patient has to be proactive of his/her healthcare, including coding and billing. If something is not right, CALL. If you're not getting the proper invoice because the anesthesiologist is out of network, file an appeal with your insurance company. Don't wait.”

“Due to busy schedules, I have requested that one appointment be rescheduled about 5 times now and regardless of the inconvenience on my end, the staff here at Advanced Orthodontics in Chandler never fails to be so friendly and willing to accommodate for my husband and I's schedules. They also have been very accommodating with the fact that I live a few hours away as a patient. I am one of their Invisalign patients and they have been making sure that I do not have to take unnecessary trips to the office for the treatment as well as ensuring that everything in my treatment is getting done.
