If there are issues, I always get a call with an explanation and a resolution. Time frames have never been an issue. I get calls from live staff to advise of new info. When meds have expired they take the initiative to call my Dr, or then call me to tell me I need to see my Dr. Who does that?? McDowell specialty pharmacy that who!
