“Dr. Kilcup is a breath of fresh air! Been seeing him now for about a year and a half (functional medicine) and he actually found things wrong with me! Millions of things! :) Okay not millions but lots. I don't remember any doctor ever taking a test and finding something wrong. Dr. Kilcup gets to the root of problems with testing and if those tests make sense with your symptoms. I like that he works with you financially too. Whatever you can afford, he tries to still accommodate you. It can be expensive, but if you are truly sick you could spend more money if you let it get out of control and have to pay hospital bills. And most of the time, hospitals don't really get you better. I have seen some improvements so far since seeing Dr. Kilcup. One major improvement that Dr. Kilcup helped with is my hair stopped falling out a lot! That was fixed pretty quickly. Re-growth has happened and feels like my hair is back to normal! I wasn't expecting that to be so fast. I have had some symptoms that have been here most of my life, so I am not shocked I am not all the way better yet with those ones. Of course, only God knows if I will get "all the way" better but you never know. I know I have a ways to go, but that's okay. I know I am in the best hands! One of my favorite things is getting tests back and seeing what has improved and what needs improving. So fun! Dr. Kilcup is a very very good listener and takes time to get to know your issues and come up with a treatment plan. When you are his patient, you can email him with questions. That has been super helpful! The office staff has been so helpful too with all my questions and are super friendly and helpful! Whenever I am done with treatments, I will probably be sad since it has been such a great experience so far. :)”

“We used Senior Home Care of Tucson to help care for my mother through a serious illness for the better part of a year and then again a few years later when it became apparent she needed extra help. I can't say enough good things about the company and the caregivers. The service from the office was extremely personal. Someone always answered the phone who knew who we were and were able to accommodate our varied requests and schedule changes and they took care of all the billing to the Long Term Care Insurer. I loved the on-line portal that allowed me to check the schedule anytime day or night and know which caregiver was scheduled and for what time. Every single caregiver we had, and there were many, were professional, caring, personable and willing to do whatever was needed. It is so reassuring to know that when the need arises, Senior Home Care of Tucson will be there, just a phone call away.”

“Always tough finding the right counselor but Gordon Gunnel at Change of Heart Counseling is top-notch. He's extremely experienced which lends to his ability to relate to people with all types of issues. He is a great listener and truly wants to help coach you (rather than lecture or judge). I've reached out to Gordon several times outside of counseling sessions for advice on things that have come up in between sessions and he's been both responsive and helpful, along with empathetic. He 's empathetic to what you are going through, but also will point out where your thinking may need to open up or readjust to allow you to see things where you've gotten stuck in the past so true healing and change can happen. “While it’s ER facilities definitely need updating, my experience with St Luke’s staff was good. They appeared to be understaffed and making the best of their situation. My wait for a room seemed long. I was grateful to have gracious EMTs who could attend me until a room could be found. I had a gushing nosebleed. I found the medical staff to be attentive, caring and professional. The attending Physician had a great sense of humor and bedside manner. He explained our options and was a calming presence through a very painful procedure. .I Appreciate my medical attention at St Luke’s and am grateful they are there.”
