“Dr Wamsley is down-to-earth and easygoing yet perfectly professional. She never makes any part of the process feel rushed, she truly listens, and is always calming with a positive attitude. This was my first time with acupuncture, and I didn't know what to expect. She is willing to answer questions and explains in an understandable manner. The environment of the clinic is comforting and serene. Most importantly, she is very good at what she does! My condition requires about six treatments (I just finished my 5th), and by the third session I was feeling good for the first time in at least 2–3 years. She is treating me for perimenopausal hormone imbalances, including fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, and cravings for sweets, among other minor ailments. I appreciate her conservative approach to prescribing herbals, starting basic and holding off to see if anything further may be helpful. She has helped me avoid using hormone therapy, which before seeing her I was beginning to think would be inevitable. I consulted with another acupuncturist before coming here who told me that my treatment plan would be lengthy and complex due to treating so many issues. But Dr Wamsley understood immediately that my symptoms stemmed from a larger issue, and her holistic approach meant that she was able to help me in a matter of just a few weeks, to start improving on problems that had been building in me for years. She is a true healer, and I cannot say enough good things about her medical talents and how well she runs her clinic.”

I also received compassionate care from the radiology techs in two departments. The 5th star was lost by the staff who disregarded the order that plainly stated the service was self pay not insurance and who instead put the exams through insurance review resulting in calls and mail from insurance, and necessitating a call back from me to SMIL to straighten out the situation.”

“I had to get my gallbladder removed because I had stones after going to the ER for pain in my stomach. A work colleague recommended Dr. Raghavan- when I went in to see him he informed me that surgery was necessary (the ER told me the same) I was very nervous because I have never had surgery before. Dr Raghavan has a very calm and perfect way of answering all of my concerns and explained the process to me (first asked if I wanted to know exactly what he will be doing since some people would rather not know) I had googled this process before seeing him (mistake, I know!) but I had a lot of concerns after a Google search but he answered all of my questions and calmed my anxiety. I am now 2 weeks post op and let me say that the surgery went so great! The recovery was good and fast, my incisions were not bad at all. I saw Dr Raghavan for a follow up and I have healed perfectly. I am overall super happy with Dr Raghavan and his staff - I am big on reviews before seeing anyone and I hope this helps someone make the decision in seeing him.”
