Before Making an appointment, Barbara took as much time as I needed to answer my questions, to understand my concerns, and then paired me up with the skin care specialist she felt would be a good fit for me. When I showed up, Heather brought me back to my room and took time to hear what my skin goals are for myself, made recommendations and explained what she would be doing today and why, and then took time on my dermaplane facial. After my appointment, I then asked her to show me the lineup of skincare I would like to use until my next facial, and she lined them all up on the counter and the woman behind the counter gave me individual prices. I felt like they weren't rushing me out of there, they had a great team dynamic, but most importantly, they are passionate about what they do - which is a big deal for me. I would recommend them to everyone!!!”
