The gym is clean and has all the equipment needed for the students. The workout, from beginning to end, is amazing. The instructors encourage and motivate you. They offer many different types of classes. They not only have self-defense classes but offer a wide variety of fitness classes too. I love the family atmosphere and care they have for the students. If you need to sit out for a moment, they encourage you to do so and come back when you are ready. Nothing is ever forced on you.
