“The front office was friendly and nice. The physician was nice, prompt, very professional and personable. In my case the medical assistant was not at all friendly, didn't set a good tone for the visit, no smile, no friendly chatter, not even a hello. I was called to the door with a view of the assistance’s back and told to follow her to the room. Maybe a bad day? Glad the overall experience got better. Still highly recommended.”

“If you're looking for a great crossfit gym, this is the one! There's two classes, crossfit and fitness (more for beginners), and they are both physically challenging but can be modified for personal limitations. Everyone is friendly, and it feels more like a family unit than anything else. They have fun challenges from time to time as well. It's an all-around great place to go reach some goals!
