“So far so good. Enjoy the equipment. I am on month to month membership. Everyone seems nice and the people there seem focused on what they are doing. I will give a couple recommendations: Please wrap the pull up bars with tape, its no fun when you are sweating and cant grip the bar, one of the bars has a rubber on it that is very slippery too. Also, the younger staff need to be trained on how to make Protein shakes at the bar, most of the younger crew dont seem confident in doing such a mundane task. Overall, great gym.”

“Been going to this doc for two years now, and I'll be honest, I had access before then and could easily provide a free surgery done onto my back. I have scoliosis; spinal disease if anyone doesn't know. The lower was critical. After two years of fixing thought, it's back to normal. Then a month ago I was involved in a car accident, putting me back to square one. Reasonable, knowledgeable, and well affordable, he help me adjust back to my original state within the past four weeks. I still have some kinks here and there, but the process is rapid and improving. “This place is a great gymnasium for kids of all ages. The teachers have vast experience and are very professional with the kids. The only thing I frown upon a little is the price. The fees can be a little high for people who have more than one kid in the program. Also I will wish the coaches will promote the kids faster base on their talents and skills instead. I feel like some of the kids are held back due to their age. I love this gym the atmosphere is always great.”

NP Alisha Miles is kind and helpful, and makes sure to check in on her patients, not only physically, but mentally as well. Anthony is a great physical therapy tech, he is friendly and always has great ideas to help strengthen and heal injured areas. And when Erin fills in she does a great job of continuing that care. Martha is a helpful aid to Alisha, she is very personable and knowledgeable as well. And at the front desk, Heather and Salma are super helpful in getting appointments scheduled, talking about finances, dealing with insurance, and keeping everything organized.
