“We have been using Lisa @ Pink Mantis for years. She is consistent and changes her treatments based on what we are seeing. Example. We started seeing a ton of Scorpions, and honestly until last year we have hardly seen any, changed her treatment to target the exact areas we were seeing them. That next week we had a significant decrease in seeing them, and I go out every night with my black light looking for them. She takes time to educate us on what works the best and what we can expect. We use her monthly. High recommended.”

“This is the crafting store that I consider my source, even over online shopping. So many times I would rather look at an item in person before purchasing, but also have the ability to order online and pick it up curbside or mail delivery. I didn't really care for the timing of either during the pandemic at this store, preferring the Canton store pickup instead. I found it was worth the drive to get a more timely pickup which could affect the availability of items received. The Allen Park store has many women that have helped me with questions, esp in the fabric area. I do have some that I find esp knowledgeable and cut fabric straight without costing loss of inches of costly material. Yes, that does matter, ask someone who sews frequently, esp with the layout of pattern pieces. The store is incredibly neat, in my opinion, considering how many people go through the items and move things about.”

“This is a very nice little JCP store. Selection of women’s clothing was very good and well-priced. There is an in-store Sephora boutique, as well, and I received a nice set of moisturizers as a gift for shopping during my birthday month! Nice!The staff were helpful and courteous and the premises were clean and modern. I will definitely return to this location. The only reason it didn’t receive 5 stars is because the checkout process was quite lengthy. The line was long (Saturday afternoon) and no additional checkers were available to manage the volume of shoppers. Will go during off-peak hours when I return.”

“I went for screws to get rid of the squeaks in the upstairs floor. DJ came over to hello me find the perfect screws for this project. DJ was very nice and knowledgeable about his area. I also needed help with caulking and he would've helped me but theree was another lady that also needed help. DJ called the paint department and asked if they could meet me on aisle 9 so i could hert the correct calling for my other project. DJ explained what i was wearing so they couldn't miss me.”

“We had received a few quotes to redo the flooring throughout our home and we decided to go with Sam. We had a difficult time choosing between hardwood floors and vinyl plank but ultimately we went with hardwood. The samples we were provided were really nice and when we made our selection Sam ordered a box and installed it for us to see how it would look in our home. Our project was around 2,600 square feet and Sam and his family were able to finish it in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend using Sam and Arizona Supreme Flooring.”

“I hired Kyle and team to perform a complete makeover of my kitchen including cabinets, appliances, tile floors, and some electrical and plumbing. He was extremely professional to work with, had some great design ideas, was very hands on during the entire build, and was just incredible. I received quotes from 2 other companies who balked at everything I wanted to do, nickel and dimed me for every minor add, and generally made everything difficult. Working with Kyle was the exact opposite - "I want to add an out let here" - No problem. "I want to change the sink from this to that" - Done. There were some hiccups on the floor tiling where he had to get some extra tile from Florida or South Carolina, but he made it happen and got the job done to my satisfaction. Everyone on his team is super professional, and the entire job was completed in 3 1/2 weeks. Both of the other quotes I received were for 8 weeks for the same work. Kyle even finished the job while my family and I were on vacation in Europe!! Talk about customer service. I would recommend Capital Mark and Kyle to anyone who wants a competitively priced remodel, extremely professional team, who completes the job on-time.”

“Remodeling a kitchen can be a read drag...and I was dreading it! But it had to be done and I'm so glad I hired this company. I loved Gary...very nice guy and eager to please. I know I drove him crazy, but he never stopped trying to get me what I wanted. Gary made the whole process worth doing and I loved my kitchen after it was done! The only negative experience I had was with one of the workers who was very anti social, but he did good work so I let it go. That is why I didn't give them 5 stars, otherwise it would have been a perfect 5! Lisa who works in the office was great too! She was quick to answer any questions I had along the way. “Had a pedestal sink that was cracked and needed to be replaced with a new sink and faucet that we had purchased. Greg was our service technician. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail before starting. When he removed the sink and found additional parts that could use updating, he stopped and gave me all the options first. Greg worked hard from beginning to end, and did it in a way that didn’t interrupt the daily routine of the household. When it was all done, we had a beautiful new sink/faucet installed and with almost no impact on the surrounding wall area. All we’ll need to do is some minor paint touch ups. Highly recommend this company.”
