“These guys have got to be the best Air Conditioning Repair techs in Phoenix. I had the pleasure of working with the owners, Scott and Bryan, and they were awesome. They are very straightforward guys, no BS, so you know you can trust that what they are telling you is true. I had them come out to my home in South Scottsdale to do an air conditioning service check on my unit before the 120 degree Arizona summer weather hit. There were a couple of maintenance issues with my unit, mainly cleaning and filters that needed some help and a small part (I call it a whatchamacallit, but they had a technical name for it) to keep my air conditioning running at peak performance. Not only did I want my AC to work properly, but I also wanted to make sure it was running at it's most efficient at all times to save me money on my electricity bill and also to keep from having to replace the unit too soon. I picked the Air America guys' brains and got some really great tips and answers to simple questions that I had always wondered about. It is always good to get the facts straight from the guys who know how to fix and maintain the air conditioners as opposed to just reading about it online. They were fun and friendly, and most importantly got my AC blasting cold air all summer with no issues, all for a very reasonable, no hassles price. Couldn't ask for more! I will be referring friends and family whenever I can! ”

We had them also install engineered hardwood over our existing tile. The install looks awesome and the installers were fantastic. We found a wall repair company for less than half the referral price also licenced an bonded. I would suggest to get more quotes for the job before committing to Sunstate plumbing.”

“I opened up a new account and wanted to buys a few things. No one in customer service knew how to print temporary pass for a commercial account. After dealing with three people at the customer service desk and calling a 1800 # I was finally taken care of by one of the cashiers. (1 hour later) The ladies were helpful just did know what to do. Sounds like a training issue. Hope I don't have to mess with is kinds stuff in the future.”
