But the gentleman at the door was very knowledgeable and told me the documents I would need and even though I didn't bring everything I was happy to get that information at the door and not after waiting in the long line. I did return with the documents and everyone from start to finish were nice and helpful. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I am new to Tucson and I am very impressed with the service at this location.”
