“I have visited all of the Harley dealerships in the valley and this one is far the best. But my review is a little bit more than the usual great service and great sales staff especially the girls in clothing. My experience started with having my bike dropped off for regular services. When it came time to get picked up, the service tech happened to drive my bike around and crash it. The poor guy fractured his leg and damaged my 2014 Fat Bob. Debating whether to trade it in or have it fixed, I decided to have it fixed. GM Chad Riddle personally handled my incident over the few next weeks of trying to accommodate me and transition the matter smoothly. Chad and Nick Deboerd did an excellent job fixing what needed to be done and made my bike 110% correct. Both were able to have a local painter match the custom paint without waiting weeks from Harley. Thanks again Chad, Nick and the ladies in clothing who are always helpful when we come”

“The shuttle drivers always help me from my car to the shuttle or visa versa. Oddly it is smoother than parking right by the airport because you end up walking less. If you have the extra 15 minutes then it is worth saving $$. Oh, and kiddos typically love a bus ride too. ?”

On our 11:45 Sunday shuttle ride, he showed genuine empathy toward those who could not fit on the shuttle and reassured them the next would come promptly, communicated well as to which lot was next on the route, and went the extra step of carrying luggage to the individuals’ vehicles as he wished them well. “I love this park. My kids play here for hours and there is lots of tree shade for me to sit in. I met a good friend here and we have been friends for three years now. Everyone I have met is really friendly. The duck pond is magical. This park is clean and I have yet to see a homeless person here. As a parent, I really don't want homeless people or drug deals around my kids.”

“In my opinion the staff is GREAT at this location. I just completed my 18th gallon contribution of platelets at this location yesterday. They are friendly, courteous and professional. As soon as I walk in the door they look up and say Hello Mr. Bye, even if they are in the back ground. Some of the good employees have transferred out of this location like Tina and Noel, but still have excellent individuals like Gina, Gloria and the young gentleman with my same date of birth month and day, but not year. My veins have a tendency to roll, especially in my left arm so the experienced techs makes sure a new tech is aware of this fact before they attempt to stick me. There are other employees there that are great, I just don’t remember their names. They all sincerely care about your comfort level and taking great care of you. James Bye”

“Great place will continue to go. Very nice and clean trails not a lot of people as of yet.only real downfall is that there are no real bathrooms. There are only port a Potts. Did the most difficult trail was not bad at all. Maybe for older people it maybe it can be steep in places and narrow trail. Other than that was. A lot of fun looking forward to check out the other trails in the area. I'm glad this is in our community.”
