“The property is well maintained for an older building. Snow removal is prompt and the hallways are vacuumed weekly. Management deals with violations of lease agreements in a timely fashion within the constraints of the law. I have not had to deal with loud noises and so forth, and, have a good rapport with my neighbors. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, various virtual games and social gatherings have been made available. Granted, there are financial matters that crop up for businesses these days, but, the management has done the best they can. Living here was a very good choice for me.”
