“We are very pleased with Evolution Plumbing and Misting. I had a misting system installed, we contacted them to install a Misting system because we saw their installation at a neighbor’s house. Justin responded to my call within an hour and was at the house to give an estimate the very next day. After receiving the quote and learning how much of a family business It was and I was sold so we were moving forward. We scheduled the very next Monday 7-8 am and they arrived at 730 am and txt me that they were on their way. They started right on the project and layout to me what their plan was, and I agreed. “We were having issues with our pipe in the wall in our kitchen, but didn’t know the extent of the damage. I called the office and office staff was so courteous and friendly. Seems like they really put your anxieties at ease. This company doesn’t charge “trip charges” and don’t lie to you about what’s going on. Once the claim was in process I called Master Rooter and they came over quickly to assess the damage. Alex, was straight forward with me and let me know what to expect. His team consisted of Roman and Robert they came over and started opening up the walls to see what’s happened. The fixed it like the professionals they are as promptly as they could. These issues sometimes take time so they asked for patience and I had all understanding that “it’s a process”. I definitely wanted it done right. Roman, Robert and Alex were respectful of our home and cleaned up when they needed to. Very friendly and answered questions as they could. “Amazing. The gentleman was quick and completely professional. Job well done. Definitely a place to call if in need of any plumbing issues. We moved in to our house about a year and a half ago. Last week on Friday when my husband was cutting the weeds in the back that he noticed a very large puddle of water. Everyone knows that for here in Arizona, it's almost impossible to have a puddle a water that the dirt is literally muddy. Turned out we had a leak a very large leak since it was connected to the main water line. We called and called and here they answered not only that but since they couldn't help us the same day we were told of another place that we could call. So, because they actually recommended me to another plumber. I called them back after trying to get ahold of the other company which turns out they weren't available till Monday as well. So, I called Halls Plumbing again so they could out and look at it. So Monday came and here he was in less than 10 minutes he gave us an estimate and time it would be done. We made an appointment and he came today Tuesday morning. Less than an hour later. Done. The leak was repaired and we had running water once again. A complete pro. He made sure his work was done right and he used the correct materials unlike whoever installed it previously. As you can see in the photos the before has different plastic and copper and as well as galvanized metal. Then the after when he fixed it. Awesomeness.. Totally approve and right here in Eloy, Az.
