“Nice hotel. They were in the middle of doing upgrades to the rooms during our stay. We never heard any of the work being performed and our stay was 5 days long. Stephen the GM of the hotel was very helpful at check-in. He gave us multiple ideas for great places to eat that are walking distance from the hotel. He also chatted with us each time he saw us like we were old friends playing catch up.. The fountain park that is across the street has a very nice paved trail to have a nice easy walk. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were very comfy. Our only negatives which brings this to a 4 star rating is the shower has no shelves for soaps and shampoos so you have to reach to the floor. Nor is there towel racks for your hand or bath towels.. The other is the furniture ie desk armoire hutch etc etc seemed to be very inexpensive not commercial grade quality. Overall rooms looked very sharp and clean housekeeping does a wonderful job cleaning rooms. The pool here is heated and the hot tub is good sized.”

“Craig did a great job with my Jeep. I had a slight steering issue and he made some adjustments without having to replace any parts. I asked him to go ahead and do an oil change and flush the coolant system and within an hour he was done and the Jeep was ready to go. I’m definitely going to take my business to Craig for now on.”

I have visited quite a few times and he makes it easy to get in and get out. There were a lot of people in the queue today and all I needed was a stamp for the envelope. After seeing how some of the customers treat the postal employees, I can understand that they can become a bit callous at times. My suggestion to people would be , treat as you want to be treated. “Saigon noodle bar is a true gem of west chester area. The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. As for the food, most people judge a Vietnamese place by their Phở and this restaurant has one of the most authentic tasting soup bases I have had outside of Vietnam; and it has much more to offer. Hoành Thánh soup is our current favorite. The noodles used are the thin traditional egg noddles. They also serve with a crucial ingredient I don’t see in most American-Vietnamese restaurants—bó hẹ. The bánh mì thịt nướng (grilled pork bánh mì) is also a must have. Saigon noodle bar captures the true essence of the bánh mì with the baguette. For desert, recently there has been bánh chuối hấp (steamed gooey banana cakes). These should be steamed before eating and they were delicious. I hope they keep making them. If I had to ask for one thing it would be Mì Xào Giòn (crispy fried noodles). I haven’t found a Vietnamese place that makes this dish in Cincinnati and I’d love to try SNB’s take at it!”

“I recently placed my 87 year old father who suffered from dementia in Rock Creek. They were compassionate and caring to both my dad and my mom and I. Anytime we called to check on him the nurses spent a lot of time talking with us. Sadly, my dad passed away last week. The staff at Rock Creek was there to offer their support during a very difficult time for us. They are caring professionals who take great pride in what they do. I feel that what they do is more a calling than a job. God bless them all.”

“For those who gave poor reviews, you should go to a post office off base and service will be twice as slow and twice as bad. The requirement for retrieving a package what not differs from location to location. I lived in a small town and they don't even check my ID when retrieving a package. I lived in a large city with a PO box. I forgot my mailbox key. They wouldn't let me pick up my mail even with 2 IDs. The day I was here trying to ship an international package I received helpful advice. The staff here are probably more knowledgeable with shipping overseas than those off base since they deal with it so often. Both staff I encountered are courteous.”
