I didn’t know what to expect after reading other reviews, but took a chance and am MORE than happy here! I was VERY impressed with the cleanliness of my apartment at move in; fully expected to do my own clean job before bringing in my belongings. He set me up with the right information so that when I went into the store I knew exactly what I wanted. Also the VIP program is amazing here, I wouldn't buy a pair of shoes without having the VIP program first, you get so many benefits from free exchanges, random store credits throughout the year, they're literally handing me free money in the form of store credit multiple times a year.
