“I am a current resident here at Salt and I wanted to give a great insight on the true nature of Salt. DO NOT believe all the negative things you see on the property. The new management here is way better than Oliver McMillan (yes, I have been here that long!). They do a great job of making sure that people are not treating this place like garbage and as if it’s a frat house. I have seen this property go from feeling I’m living in a dorm to living in a luxury community. You often see staff members walking the property and taking pictures of patios or people smoking (which is not allowed since it’s a smoke free place) and I am sure this makes people angry. But hey if you don’t follow the rules you need to dealt with. We pay high premium rent here and I would expect if I was doing wrong that im spoken to. Every now and than people have parties and can be loud but for the most part I’m not aware of anywhere you would go where you would not experience this. The property does have courtesy patrol and anytime I have called them the noise stopped immediately. The property is being renovated and I personally cannot believe how much they have completed in the short time they have been here. They started in mid-September, and mind you the property manager Colby sent an e-mail to us with pictures of what all the new areas look like before they started. Let’s take a moment and talk about communication here at Salt since it’s a big deal for me. This place sends out communications weekly if not daily on all updates on the property. If an elevator is down for maintenance, I know about it, if an amenity is closed for renovation, I know about it. If a Food Truck is arriving for an event and I need to hurry up and RSVP so YES, THEY PAY FOR MY MEAL, I know about it. Not only do I get an e-mail but I also have the resident app which sends notifications too. Ok back to the new stuff! They added hammocks to the back pool that faces the lake, a new game lawn which I am told they have Connect 4 & Cornhole coming which I am excited about because I love to entertain (when COVID isn’t messing that up). The pools were re-done and look amazing. The best is the pools were closed for like 2 weeks while they were re-done. I do have to say people do break glass in the pools and the staff closes them but not sure id be upset about that since I wouldn’t want to swim with broken glass.The gates to the garage were completely re-done and now have stop lights on them so you know when you can drive-in or out and clear the gate. I love this feature as I have a rack on my car and while sometimes, I think I’m good and I’m not so love this new feature. The gates are only open during office hours which I wish they were closed all the time but the property was built with two spaces in the front so can’t do that if people are coming by to see the place. Nothing they can do about that now since the place is already built. The property does have electric car charging stations which I think is great for those that have electric vehicles. The place also has elevators so you don’t have to take the stairs if you live on an upper floor like me! We also have trash chutes on our floor which I love considering I lived at other places in Tempe and they make you go all the way to the garage to dump out the garbage. Lastly, the maintenance team here is extraordinary. Yoshi, Tim & Rico are always around the property making sure it looks great. You can tell they love their job they give off great vibes. Every work order I have ever put in has been fixed the first time on the same day or next day of when I put the issue in the system. Overall, this place is amazing to live and its clear in the negative reviews from people they must not have got their way or got in trouble and now trying to take it out on reviews. The place seems like its always full based on the turn out at events and even just the amount of people at the pool and gym. I love living here and really thank Salt team for all they do and happy to be here. I HIGHLY recommend people move here.”

We are in a one bedroom and our lease is up in May and we had decided to go to a two bedroom and wasn't sure how all of that was going to work. They went to bat for us and got it done!. These guys are so amazing!. Even their corporate office had a hand in it. We can't thank them all enough. Their activities that they are just starting to plan are wonderful. “My mother passed away in August of 2016 and I was tasked with cleaning out her home of 40 years and getting it on the market. I interviewed 4 agents in one morning and I chose to work with Cami Garcia of Western Lifestyle Realty. Because her home was empty, I wanted someone close by that could check on it in the even of bad weather or if I couldn't get out there one particular weekend due to living over an hour away. Cami could not have been a better realtor. My mom's home was in disrepair and my sisters and I didn't have the funds to repair it and we wanted it gone quickly, ie, not sitting on the market for long. She came back with comps and assured me we would be able to sell it as is to the right buyer. We had someone come in and make an offer on the home the first day, slightly lower than our asking price and wanting us to repair/replace some things. We took the offer because honestly we were not sure what would follow, but then later two more potential offers came in, one at full price with no requests. We obviously stood by our first deal, but Cami worked with the other two interested parties due to the fact that we weren't sure if all the repairs would prove to be too much for the first buyer. Sure enough, the first buyer cancelled on us upon further inspection but because Cami had kept in contact with the other interested parties, we had a solid, full price offer with no concessions in our hands by end of day. Cami was amazing at communicating with me and the other realtor to make sure everything stayed on task and in just about 30 days, we were able to close on the house. Cami stayed with me the entire time that we were working on the home and was amazingly clear on what I needed to do and when I needed to have it done by. My sisters and I were more than pleased with Cami and her responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond regarding getting my mom's home on the market and sold so quickly. I would highly recommend working with Cami. Short of the first buyer falling out, (not Cami's fault at all), this transaction went senselessly!”
