Chicken was moist and not over-breaded. I really enjoyed the three types of dipping options (2 sauces plus one syrup). They were just enough. I didn't need any more or any less. I liked that the fries were heavily seasoned and the chicken was not. It made for a perfect balance, not an overabundance of salt. Congratulations Trey on your new site! “This food truck is phenomenal. A wide variety of authentic mexican food. The ingredients are super fresh, for example I ordered fries and they took potatoes and chopped and fried them right there. I've ordered here several times from the Speedway and Houghton location since they popped up a while ago. There aren't many options on the east side for top shelf mexican food, and I just had to leave a review for this amazing little truck and it's crew. For me, the location is soooo convenient. But most importantly, everything I've tried on the menu so far has been excellent. The cook is truly an artist. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming and they speak perfect english. I look forward to trying the whole menu eventually as this has become our go-to for mexican dinner night.”

I don't know which is better, well actually I almost think the broth with all the little bits of flavor from onions tomato cilantro it is bursting with flavor. Normally I would say a shrimp cocktail, the shrimp are most important but with all that flavor it's hard to decide. Lol. In the picture is a small shrimp cocktail which had somewhere around 8 or more shrimp. The beef taco had many Layers of flavor and I ask for guacamole on it with extra cilantro. The picture doesn't do it justice.”
