“A surprisingly good vegan sandwich is available at Panera Bread, a kiosk, in Terminal C at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The bread is fresh and crusty and the sandwich is stuffed with equally fresh vegetables. The sandwich is served with potato chips or a fruit cup. The line is long to the order-taker. You may also ordered using computer tablets located in front of the counter. There are no tables or chairs. The meal is delivered in an airplane friendly shopping bag. The counter staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Wheelchair accessable.”

I called to let them know my order was messed up and spoke to the general manager Shawn. He was so courteous and apologetic best customer service I have had in a long time! He had the cooks redo the order and drove the order to me! I thought he was only bringing me the missed and incorrect items and when he arrived we realized he had them remake the whole order! “Bottom line, call these guys now if you need AC repair. I had an AC emergency and my home warranty company was only going to send someone out in days not hours!!! YIKES I heard great things about diamondback and asked if they had someone available, man they had a guy out to my house within the hour and he gave me the most affordable quote for AC repair I'd ever heard. Had them fix it right there on the spot and I have cool air again. I'll be writing this review on all major review sites”
