As I had a cut and a glaze which took some time, as expected and I had planned for this, she was able to take care of other customers with profound efficiency. She even stayed past the time she was scheduled to make sure her coworker, Stephanie was able to have lunch, and that I had a haircut that I was proud of. “My daughter introduced me to the restaurant on Cave Creek road a few years ago and I go back on a regular basis since then. The prices on the meals are very reasonable and my favorite spot is sitting at the bar, enjoying the appetizers and a couple of beers. “I remember visiting way back in September 2021 and when I pulled up the line wrapped around the building! I was so sad because I didn’t have time to wait before I flew back home. I finally got the chance to swing back around with my friend and it was so worth it! I had the pancake flight and egg whites. She had the French toast, egg whites and chicken sausage. I was so eager to try the blueberry danish pancake and to my surprise the sweet potato pancake was actually my favorite! I never even heard of a sweet potato pancake but I’m glad I tried something new. The funny part is the lady that came in and sat at the table next to me ordered the exact same thing; the pancakes flight and eggs! Alex was very pleasant and seated us as fast as possible and Tony did an amazing job at serving us! I will definitely be back for more sweet potato pancakes.”

The dogs are steamed and have that ballpark texture like in Detroit and the chili is what I remember. I wasn't here long enough to try a lot of other menu items, however the mozzarella sticks are a good size and taste delicious. The wings are meaty and the buffalo sauce is also good. This would have been a 5-star if the wings were cooked enough to remove any pink. Pretty cool atmosphere with patio and full bar, and this is a place I will return to each visit I make to Scottsdale.”

The staff was not so great. Our server was busy because there was only two but ours was super snippy and not very friendly. She didn't refill our drinks until the last few minutes we were there. The last ten minutes we got a new server and holy cow was a difference. My daughter and I would have had a more enjoyable experience if we had the latter server from the beginning.”

I recommend calling ahead of time or place your order online. I got a single serving of pasta for myself and waited 18 minutes for it. They said it would be 20 minutes, so I guess I did okay. But several people walked in, got their food, and walked out in just a minute or two. The pasta was nothing to write home about. Rather generic. In fact, I think all they do is cook the pasta and use pizza ingredients for the sauce and everything else. Quite frankly, I thought the leftovers were better the next day than when it was fresh. But it was still tasty. I'm in no hurry to go back, but I'm not going to scratch it completely either.”
