A few days go by the wife really has a craving for that chicken so I go seriously out of my way to this Jack in the box made sure the lobby was open according to Google maps....however they locked the doors upon OUR arrival Barely after 8 I drive a large profile vehicle may not fit through the drive through so I call them and they refuse to answer the phone!!!!! IT MUST BE BUSINESS THEY DO NOT WANT, I WONDER WHAT THE OWNER WILL SAY. We did not just want a replacement we came to order....finally made it through the drive through... order was denied....... Replacement refused.. what the F##### WASTED AN HOUR TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE BURNING FUEL AND STILL NO FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NO MGT ON SITE???? We went to the one at Valencia and I-10. Fast friendly customer service professional attitude the order made correctly the first time and the lobby was open and clean!!!! “Went here today 4/16/2023 girl working the window was awful and rude. Asked me if I wanted hot sauce, I told her yes. She "tossed/threw" my bags of food into my window and didn't even give me hot sauce. Shut the window in my face and didn't open it back up. I was left to walk back inside to get what I needed. I live out of state and was just driving through on the way home. Definitely wouldn't go back wether I lived in the area or not. Food was good but service definitely NEEDS REVAMPED!!!!”
