Beautiful studio clean and inviting but the best part of Empower has got to be the people! Personal trainers Katie and Alex are knowledgeable and attentive not to mention fun. Megan’s Yoga class is amazing and one massage from Allison and you’ll be hooked. Classes are small and intimate so you really feel like your getting personal attention while meeting other women with similar goals. Sarah has done a great job assembling a fantastic staff and you can tell she’s put her heart and soul into this gym.”

But you know what Malik and Dillion are superstars so 4 stars is because of them! This place is nice lots of equipment and not an overly busy location. “My friend is a member and she adores it. I was given a full day pass and the Sales Manager Steve is great. Make sure to try swimming laps, the steam bath, spa and other games. Its also family/kid friendly. Saturday's are nasty crowded and you may want to avoid that. Definitely would recommend it.”

I could not believe that this treatment worked so well for my back pain and muscle spasms. Oh My God! This truly needs to become a viable therapy treatment for back patients. This Spa is incredibly clean, the staff are remarkable and honestly the best in Phoenix. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience this was for me and what a game changer for my soreness.
