“I have had a 10 x 20, drive up unit for 2 years. I do home staging and need space for furniture. My unit has a roll up door on each end. Makes it very easy to access stuff! Decent monthly rates. Save money by getting your own insurance. Friendly staff. The space is kept clean. They often pass out free bottled water and cookies ☺. Great location!”

“I am giving this company 4 stars due to their lack of professionalism. Mostly with their office and admin department. The movers were perfect, couldn’t have asked for better customer services. However their clerical assistant Jennifer was unhelpful and very unprofessional. Didn’t return my calls and when I did make contact with her she lied and tried to hurry up and get me off the phone. Then said she’d call me back in 20 mins and never called back, when I tried to call back she didn’t answer and her phone was actually off. 2 hours later, after I called the two numbers back a million times. I finally made contact with someone via: text - asking me to text the Number. Then received a call from Jennifer who acted like she had never spoken to me, and then said she was calling me from her personal number and then said she was sorry forgot to call. Completely unhelpful and frustrating when you only have a simple question.. honesty from the start when we first made contact would have been VERY PRODUCTIVE!! Not to mention .. annoying !”

“I liked everything about this service. The guys were nice, punctual, and super efficient. Blake Hancock and Nate Griep did my moving and I was super impressed with their handling of everything. They got all my stuff into a third floor condo, put it together, and offered to move things around until I was happy. All within the estimated time frame. Both guys were cheerful and polite the whole time they were working hard- they were a please to deal with and they made a hard day much better by being so great. I hope not to move again for a long time but if I do I’ll definitely use this service”

“My load was drop and hook. I arrived the day before, early, and they allowed me to park overnight in their lot with permission. FYI, Gate is locked after 5pm and doesn't open til 5am. Monday to Friday. Shipping on North side of building down by dock #70ish. Turn into 3rd driveway off of 71st Street, north from Van Buren. Flying J is 1.4 miles away.”
