“I had a pump motor that burned out and I took my assembly to Poolwerx at Higley/Pecos and Jay ordered the motor as well as the various parts that were well worn. When the first motor arrived for my replacement, Jay thought it looked used, not new so he took the initiative and returned it/ordered another. Finally when a new motor arrived and looked new, Jay assembled my motor/pump and I came home to install. Unfortunately, the new motor would not run. It only hummed when power was applied. After verifying the capacitor was good and the motor moved freely I had to return it to Jay. Realizing I had been without a pool pump for days now, Jay drove and picked up yet another motor and assembled my equipment. Happily, THAT motor works great and my pool is back up and running. Jay was fantastic and made a customer for life.”

“Great selection on cookies. I purchased a cake that was guaranteed fresh and moist. When I gave it a try it was not as fresh and moist as I hoped. Tried to call the store to save a trip, it rang out 3 times. When I tried to return or exchange the cake, I was publicly humiliated by a Manager named (Angel.) When I asked Cassy the female manager to show me the food policy that states I wouldn't be allowed to change an opened item. (Angel) the second manager cut her off before she can answer. I received nothing but a loud mouth answer from (Angel), nor was I shown the policy. When I told him I didn't like his attitude towards me the customer, I was told "you will never receive an apology from me. Then he called security on my fiancé who told him don't disrespect my fiancée. He took that as a threat. I asked for his boss. She handled the situation politely.”

“Bruce is the best! We recently purchased our patio furniture here and cannot wait for it to be delivered. Bruce was beyond helpful and not in the pushy salesman way. He answered questions, shared helpful insights but also allowed us the space we needed to make our furniture selections. When we said 'thank you-we will be back soon to make the purchase' after our first visit we didn't get the high pressure full court press to make the sale that day which was refreshing!
