I got something online and needed someone to do a FFL transfer and saw that Mike was really close to my house. I had it sent to him and the same day he reached out to me letting me know he would follow the shipping process and keep me in the loop. At each step of the way he was informative and very prompt. After it arrived he let me know and we scheduled an appointment. He operates his business out of his house so I didn't know what to expect, however I was very impressed by his completely renovated and purpose built studio he made just to do this business! You can tell he is very committed to this and it shows. This is all about the before I met Mike. But honestly all of that is what I expect from someone running a business, what I didn't expect was how much of a great customer experience I would have and truly how great Mike as a person is. He is super passionate about providing world class customer service and just wants to help people.
