The band was too loose..I went to 4 places, willing to pay a reasonable amount..and none of them said they were even able to re-size that type of band..I was about to give up, return the watch and buy something different--but walked into Oliver Smith and asked if they could re-size..Not only were they able to do it (perfectly by the way!) they did it for NO CHARGE ...Great Customer service for someone who did not even purchase anything there..KUDOS to this establishment!”

We've also received flu shots and vaccine shots there and our experiences with inoculations also has been great. When they give you a wait time to fill a prescription, they honor it. I told them I needed to see the space before I booked and Marcos was extremely patient and helped me address all of my concerns with my delivery company. Marcos also took the time to explain all the processes involved as well as the terms and conditions. The place is clean and well-kept. The facilities is well- maintained.
