Kris Dunn was our salesperson who was the picture of professionalism from the time that she entered our home, measured the space, provided the quote and stayed in touch throughout the process. The crew that was sent to remove the existing flooring, prep the floors and install the flooring was on time everyday, worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves, were courteous and efficient. Special shout to the the crew lead, Jacob for his dedication. The product we selected (luxury vinyl plank) was installed properly, neatly and looks amazing. It is a rare thing these days to find a company that does what it says, Puckett's did from start to finish.”
