Ethan was our tech. We have had him several times and as usual, he gave us fantastic service. He is always very thorough and never ever rushes the job. We appreciate his work. And if you ever need cheering, just call and speak to one of their representatives over the phone. In over 10 years of us using them, I have never been greeted by a rude or disinterested rep. The women on the phone are bubbly, cheery, and absolutely pleasant to talk to. Sometimes I wish I could talk to them longer. That is how comfortable to conversations are. “They open at 10am! We got there at 950am and there was a very long line, on Tuesday. But on Tuesdays they have new items. Overall the store is wonderful, they give to a lot of local places and charities. The volunteers were so kind and pleasant.
