I waited for an hour at Modern Milk (with a hungry baby nonetheless) and the LC no-showed. They kept telling me she was close etc. It turns out their system never notified her she had an appointment. They ended up offering me a discounted session at the other location and the LC reached out and apologized. They did the best they could after the fact but it was still extremely frustrating for a new mom.”
