He offered to have it delivered and setup for a fee but its not too hard to do myself. I met up with him, he took it apart, loaded it up and off I went. Setup was really quick and intuitive.”

The young woman who had called quickly made an assessment, asked me to briefly wait and disappeared into the back. Within 2 minutes she returned with my phone and the good news that the charge port was dirty and that she cleaned it. “No charge” she cheerily declared. If this doesn’t demonstrate integrity and professionalism to you (especially in this often distrustful environment), I don’t know that anything will. I left very happy...and a small token of my appreciation too.”
