“This place is amazing! Pamela is SO knowledgeable. I am an equine massage therapist and she has NAILED IT so far on two different oil blends for my clients. She even has a whole pamphlet about horses and what works for them if you have equids in your life. She also made a lovely blend for my mom on mothers day that she loved. You can just go in, say your goal, give her some ideas of what you like and she just pours out some magic!! Her oils are the real deal and she has the knowledge to back it up. Her customer service is beyond fantastic and this is literally the only place you should be going in the greater Phoenix area for oils.”

“This was a 24 hour awesome well taken care of facility, I saw no out of order machines, a woman was on site taking care of the floors. There’s two working change machines both working, there’s a ton of rolling baskets to use and tables to fold clothes on. There’s a happy hour deal daily and drums large enough for 8 loads of $7 there’s a small kids toy machine and candy machines (gumball old fashioned type) the driers don’t lock, and each wash is roughly 33 minutes. There wasn’t any homeless or weird solicitors, I will definitely be back.”

“After blowing out my tire on very hot and dusty Arizona freeway and then shredding it getting to safety, I began what I already knew was going to be a fool's errand to try and find and install a replacement tire for my '08 A4 Audi - definitely NOT a run of the mill car in the greater Phoenix area. With not feeling well and needing to be at the medical center twice a week for treatments and not much time or patience for this "challenge" I began calling around only to find my worst fears confirmed: no tires in stock and up to 2 weeks to order and install. Given the spare was not too reliable, I came to realize that the rest of my tires were on the verge of the same fate and needed to be replaced as well. So I turned again to MY ALL TIME TRUSTED AND RELIABLE PEPBOYS. Monty, the store manager and the team have been the closest to my most trusted garage I used for service for decades back in Cleveland. And when we relocated to the Mesa, AZ area 3 yrs ago, this team has been SO WONDERFUL in caring for our cars to the point where they have turned away unnecessary service to our cars that other places said we ABSOLUTELY HAD TO DO. And even though they were training new team members and so busy, they came to my rescue, as well as several other customers by the amount of people dropping off cars when I was there, by finding me a very good deal and doing it quickly (in the same day!) and getting me back on my way in safety with peace of mind. I've always done my own work on my cars so I know when I can trust a mechanic. And I truly trust these guys; they have a small local shop feeling under a national name roof. And I am a fan for life!”
