“My brother is a down syndrome male of 65 years old, he refused to wear his hearing aids that we purchased from Biltmore Ears Nose and Throat in Phoenix. We went to Emery Hearing Center and met with Lyndsey Buchanan. She took great care of my brother and found that his hearing aids were not loud enough so they were acting more like "ear plug" rather than hearing aids. She cleaned them, turned them up and instructed my brother on how to take care of them. Wow! He was a new man on the way home: singing to songs on the radio and answering all my questions with more than a smile and a nod. I so appreciate the time and care Lyndsey took with us. Now the $4000 hearing aids are being used again.”

You can't beat the one-on-one customer service that comes from working with a owner operated shop like this. His pricing is lower than the big box printer I used to use and the quality is far superior. My last run of business cards was 20% cheaper than I used to pay and the card stock was heavier; giving my business card a high quality feel. Jimmy also was able to modify my artwork and gave excellent suggestions design elements. Even though I expected to pay for the extra time he took, he included it as part of the original estimate.
