“I just wanted to update my review!!!!!!! It went from a 1 Star to a 5 star... Let me start by saying the scheduling was a challenge and part of that is because we don’t live here full time like a lot of people.. In the end Al made everything right with us including taking some money off for our plane tickets.. He said he was sorry and we 100% believe him !!! Now let me say something about our new shutters and blinds.... Wow wow wow do these look great... Absolutely first class all the way... His installers David and Ricardo did a perfect job and we couldn’t be more happy with the outcome !!!! I would like to also add that our windows are all arch top and all different sizes. So these were definitely custom made and that was I’m sure part of the delay.. I also insisted on being here for the installation which made the timing for Al difficult.. In the end well worth the wait !!!! We even ordered some more shutters and another blind. Knowing his installers I’m absolutely comfortable having them do the install without me here..
