“My first experience with getting my hearing aids was at Good Sound Audiology two years ago. I am so fortunate I found the best audiology company in the valley here in Phoenix!!! First of all, though I was hesitant to get hearing aids because I wasn't sure I REALLY needed them, was afraid they'd be difficult to get used to, and finally, because of my vanity - "would they be obvious", would they "make me look old"??!! My experience has been a very pleasant one from the beginning and remains so each time I go into any of their 3 offices. Tina Jesse is THE BEST!! “Needed a new muffler for my vehicle. They had a good selection on the shelf with the connections and hangers for the job. I did however see a product made to cover holes in the muffler. It is like a tape like item that hardens when the car is driving. The heat bonds it. I used the product and my vehicle passed emissions. The sales clerk was very helpful and loaned me his tape measure so I could measure the diameter of my tail pipe. I will go back to this auto zone because of the service I received. Outstanding.”

“We stopped by on a Friday night for our first visit and took advantage of their BOGO ice cream deal. Service was friendly and fairly quick considering how busy they were. It was a bit hard to communicate well with the masks and partition -- I suspect that wouldn't be a problem under normal circumstances, though. The food area behind the counter seemed a little unkempt, which, again, may have been due to a busy Friday night. Normally that doesn't concern me much, but in these weird times of Covid, I'm a little more aware. That being said, I didn't feel like it was a place I shouldn't be eating at. The ice cream was good, but next time I think I will try one of their signature drinks or shakes. They definitely looked like the winner as I observed what other people were ordering. Overall, this was a fun place with a good vibe and a colorful menu. I appreciate that they had vegan options -- that can be hard to find at ice cream places. We'll definitely be back!”

“I had a exceptional experience recently when I went to the AT&T wireless phone store on N. Swan Rd. in Tucson Arizona. I was immediately greeted by both Anthony and Jason. Anthony sat down with me and explained to me the various options available to me. Having not gone through this in many years, the technical jargon and multiple options were a bit overwhelming at first. Anthony was able to break it down and explain to me in simple terms what everything meant and the benefits of them. He didn’t rush me or high pressure me. It was apparent that he actually cared about my needs and having my business. Jason was also very helpful throughout answering questions and confirming various specials. Once we decided on the best plan for my family and the equipment that I wanted, Anthony spent a great deal of time transferring all of my data (which was significant!) from my current phone to my new phone! It was a great deal of work on his part. If you want great customer service and a square deal, you really should go see Anthony and Jason at the AT&T store at Swan and Grant. It’s one of the better customer experiences and I have ever had.”

“Michael was an absolute angel yesterday when I came in. I usually order through the mobile app but my fiancée wanted something specific that I couldn’t figure out how to order on the app so I went inside to order. Unfortunately my mask that I wear is pretty thick and I guess my order came out sounding different ?. Michael was so sweet to fix it for me though And get me the correct order.
