Worked out a fair deal for both sides and paid 50% down as it needed to be ordered. Delivery time 3 weeks. I called and spoke with Desert Springs hot tubs the other day, and it now appears to be 5 weeks. I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED AS TO WHEN IT ACTUALLY ARRIVES. I called Hot Springs Hot Tub July 3 and its due in on July 12. Now I have to call their installation people and find out when they might be available after that date. The Hot Tub came in early and was installed today by Ron, Johnny and Charles. These guys were professional, friendly, on time and through. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH DESERT HOT TUBS, MIKE THE SALES PERSON, AND THE INSTALLERS, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AS A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST FROM BEGINNING TO END. A VERY EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.”

For the first year or maybe 18 months or so, administratively there were some problems - including scheduling, timeliness of the scheduled appointment - but the extermination service was very effective. And we had a dove nesting problem which needed screens attached to exterior balcony rafters and Alliance did an excellent job. In fact, I've recommended to neighbors Alliance for this very service and they were highly satisfied.
