I went in knowing that black Friday was going to be a super busy day, but I had an appointment for a test drive scheduled at 2:30 and Jorge was able to get me in a vehicle of my choice and driving within 20 mins. We completely remodeled our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and laundry room, and replaced flooring in those rooms, my husband's office, and our entry ways. Our contractor, Derrick King, is very knowledgeable and experienced and helped us come up with beautiful and functional designs for our remodel! The bulk of our project was completed in 4 weeks which was absolutely amazing! Jose is an absolute magician when it comes to drywall and paint, and Raphael and Israel did beautiful tile work in our showers, backsplash, and floors!! We are very happy with how everything turned out and with how quickly everything was done! Communication was great throughout the project and everyone was very courteous and respectful in our home! (We we’re putting in new flooring) A few weeks later we scheduled for them to set pool table back up. We had the color of the felt changed and replaced bumpers. “I ordered a book for a class that would be going on to the hotel that the class was to be held. Icontractor.net did everything they were supposed to do to have the book reach the destination in time to be received for the class. For some reason Fed EX decided it wasn't important enough to deliver overnight as expected and Paid for! I was unable to get any help form FED EX (not surprising at all) so I contacted icontractor.net via FB since I could not get through via phone. Luckily I got Fernando to answer the message although the business itself was closed. I explained to Fernando how the book was needed as ordered and that because it was not delivered on the day expected, we would no be there to receive it, because we were checking out Sunday, the book was due Saturday morning and Fed Ex had it scheduled for delivery on Monday. Fernando, took care of if refunding the full amount of the book in addition to the shipping cost without penalty. Fernando also followed up with me to make sure that I in fact received my refund and made provisions for me to get free shipping when I reordered the book. Fernando was an absolute pleasure to work with, the customer service was above and beyond and I felt secure that everything would work out exactly as he said it would and it did.”

“Location with lots of potential! This location suffers from low staffing which is visible by stock in the middle of the aisles unattended. There was a table with Now Hiring info, so they are working on staffing. It is on the messy side compared to other Ross locations in the Valley. They still have the same great prices and similar merchandise. If this doesn't bother you, I would still recommend this location.”
