“Had a great experience with EZ Autobody Chandler and would highly recommend. I was quoted a reasonable rate and timeframe (5 days, other shops quoted me 10+) for a fender, headlight, and bumper. John ended up calling me the day after I dropped of my car (less than 24 hours) and to my surprise, the work was completed. When I dropped off my car for repair, he let me know there could be more damage, as the other company I didn't use had advised, so I was expecting cost could be higher. John promptly called me once the car was disassembled and was prepared with the cost/breakdown of each part. They were reasonable or less than what the other company had quoted. I was also told by the other company I didn't use, that basically once they take the car apart I've committed to the work, because they didn't know how much "hidden" damage there could be. So basically I had no recourse, they wouldn't just put the car back together if the cost was too high. Not John, he let me know up front and let me know that if it was unreasonable he could put it back together or at least try to barring no major damage, with minimal charge (they would have to take it apart so labor costs would be obvious and expected). I knew I could trust him after that point so after I got the updated quote, I was all set. I am comforted to know that my son is driving a safe car and the work was completed with care and quality.”

“So after 2 other dealers, I landed here at Miller Toyota in Anaheim and they like all the other dealers in the area also had a mark up price above msrp! However after some back and forth and then mostly making thing extremely easy for me by asking me what would it take? So I didn’t hold back I told them I didn’t need half the stuff on the car however there was a few things I did want that wasn’t on there! I told them if they would add those things I’d do it and so a little more back and forth and we settled with instead of a down I’d get to keep my money and buy the few things I want on my new Tacoma! And best part is they still manage to work into the contract a front TRD grill for me lol which made the deal all that sweeter! If u feel like the price tag is to much u shouldn’t own a Toyota cuz this is a forever car! So originally I had Katrina but the place was swamped so I got Edgar after that and Jamie for the deal all 3 are damn good at what they do and they all no how to understand what u want! I talked with them like I knew them and they did the same! Happier with my new 2021 Tacoma off road, so thank again guys u were great!”
