The Richfield location is no exception. I've definitely had to wait a LONG time multiple times. However, it is usually the customer, not the employee. For example, I waited 12 minutes last week because a woman's debit card wasn't working. It was clear it was declined because of her and the store was too nice to just tell her. That was sweet but also, probably needed to consider the other patrons. Overall, the employees are nice and they do a good job of restocking.”

They did however, cut off most of the huge play area and turned it into a meeting room it looks like. I wonder if it was a safety hazard or something but whatever. I do not know how the service or food here is though, I didn't come to eat, but I recommend coming here.”
