“Each time I enter CubeSmart on Ocotillo to make a payment, and Karen happens to be working that day, I am greeted by name and a pleasant "how may I help you today?" After my payment transaction is complete, conversation with Karen becomes very easy, like the heat of the day, or rain we need or have had too much of or front page newspaper topics. I believe conversation with Karen is always made easy because of the warm and welcoming smile on her face and most important to me, the smile in her voice that invites further conversation. I have not had an issue with my storage area or with CubeSmart in general. Howver, if one were to surface, I would hope it is Karen's day to work, to explain my issue, knowing the issue will be addressed and resolved and I leave satisfied.”

“I would give ten stars for the customer service. Samantha was amazing. Very courteous and respectful. Not too mention super helpful as I transition from Samsung to iPhone. Customers were being rude and yet she still kept her composure. Which brings me to why I only gave four stars. Only two staff members for a Verizon store in a mall, on a Saturday, is not very smart. Management should’ve been there or more staff called in or something to help those two girls that were there today. Overall, great little store. This is also not a corporate store either. “This place you can print right then and there and walk out in minutes and the pictures turn out wonderful and they trim the white edges of the pictures free after you obviously pay for what you printed or scanned. Cost is great, hands down, price is amazing for the sizes you want. Just ask how to use the computers because you will need help if you don't know what you're doing. Even I needed to ask because it is a bit confusing and I dealt with doing pictures for 4 Years lol. Nice people that work there too.”
