The work he did was custom tailored to her weight, height and riding style. I normally work on my bike, but suspension can be a beast in itself unless you have extensive experience like Bob. His pricing was more than fair for what you are getting. If you think you want to get serious with your bike, I’d contact him and see what he can do for you, suspension is critical.
