“I got to say I was so impressed with the pharmacy staff at this CVS. They had a constant flow of people on the phone, in person, at the drive thru, in addition to computer glitches. They were amazing, great attitudes, dealt with the computer glitches gracefully and had back up plans, didn’t blame anyone, went above and beyond with customer service, and had hussle at the same time. I originally made a mistake by sending my prescription here because it was so far away but I would rather go out of my way to get this sort of professionalism and customer service any day.
