“Fantastic shop! Been shopping there for over 3 years now. I go in at least twice per month and I've never had anything but stellar service. They have also had what I need every single time! once I purchased something that ended up being dried out (tobacco) and when i came back in the next day they didn't even ask to see what I'd bought, just grabbed a new one and exchanged it immediately. No questions asked. Been to many smoke shops in my time, never had better service than the folks here. I'd go out of my way to visit this store if I had to.”

“I walked in on a Friday to schedule an eye exam. They got me in same day. The staff here were friendly. I met with Dr. Vu Truong. He came out and introduced himself to me. He escorted me to the exam room and was very polite with instructions. He was very informative and genuine with the examination process. He was straight to the point on my diagnosis and gave me a sample of eye drops that would be useful for me. I highly recommend Dr. Truong to anyone for their optometry needs. You can tell he enjoys his work.”

“The employees make this place amazing. Veronica (Ronnie) was our cashier today. Someone was helping her too; she was a saint! Although I did not catch her name. These ladies made our checkout experience wonderful. They were very pleasant and helpful to us! We often find the employees around are super helpful and kind. I've sent notes to the upper management before about how it seems like the middle management here don't seem to care about their employees or customers (they seem annoyed all the time) without response so I'm just going to put this here and that's why it's a 4 not 5 star review.”
