Not only did he make us feel welcomed but I appreciated that he gave our kids some popcorn and took them to the arcade area while my husband and I talked to make the decision. I didn't feel pressured at all and not only was Sam helpful but Chris and Drew were very helpful as well. I can honestly say that I didn't feel like there were any hidden agendas or that they tried to sell us something we didn't need. Definitely will consider coming back when I'm ready to purchase again. They have called me back to answer a parts question. Pricing seems to be competitive for the most part. Love that they are local in my area and I can inspect parts on site. Always get an email fairly quickly when order is ready for pick-up. I can log on and see my order history records. They have been helpful answering general parts questions that I could not obtain on their website such as quantity required, etc... My go to parts department and will keep shopping here.
