“I have been coming in here a lot lately as I live down the street. I sometimes sit and do work for hours so I for sure can say I spend tons of time in this Einstein’s. Every time I come I am impressed. Every. Single. Time. The staff is SO NICE! Especially the manager - at least I assume he is the manager - he is always going out of his way to help people and make them feel welcome. The food is always great and I have never had an issue with my order. The one time I saw an issue with someones order here was it took a bit to long - mind you the guy was not getting impatient at all - and they sincerely apologized and told him to pick a sweet for the inconvenience. That’s what they do here...go above and beyond because they are amazing at customer service. Not after the fact when someone is mad. Bottom line is I love this place. I wish more places would take a hint from here. Keep up the good work guys!!”

Had to go back in two days later, just to discuss my plan again and had the pleasure working with Maria Camacho, who was able to go over the contract again and give advice about another upgrade. After inspection, her car needed a new battery as well. Tanner and Miguel were super nice and took care of us even though it was now past closing! I came in with a small steering/lift issue and within minutes of describing what problems I was experiencing, immediately too my Jeep back to the shop and put on the lift to quickly isolate the issue. Within minutes they had the found the problem and fixed it . I offered to pay for their time and services but they said since it was their lift install, there was no charge. The service was impeccable and I was really impressed on just how professional they all were.
