“George and Nicole and Erika at Cunningham & associates are amazing !!!! I have dealt with them for the last 10 years. I have bought high dollar items like wine, cars, Land, condominiums, and 15 planes with their help. George is a Pilot and an excellent appraiser. His excellent communication skills and being available 24/7 for all questions and concerns really impressed me over the last 10 years. His grasp on the valuation process in aviation was impressive, because he can read the market well with his extensive research. So, when it came to liquidating my aviation assets, I called him and he was at my hangar within the hour and gave me an appraisal on the fair market value for each of the 5 planes and 2 plane projects. even though I was unable to sell these planes on traditional websites for selling planes, I was able to sell all 7 planes within a matter of days at fair market value. I was very happy with George and his team and their way of conducting business. His knowledge about aviation market is impressive. I will definitely be using him to sell my Columbia 400 next year and will use his services & knowledge for acquisition of our second business jet. I think he has found a way to eliminate the "tire kickers".”
