“I have not been to a Zia's is a very long time, and I do not know why I have not been. Even though when I used to go the store was closer to 90% music with 10% movies and novelty, where as now I would say it is closer to the other way around, Zia Records is still one of the best, and quite possibly one of the last, places you can go to and buy a CD or vinyl without having to have it delivered via Amazon or wherever. Also with so many novelty items, figures, books, and comics, prepare to spend a lot of time just to take a look at all they have to offer because I am sure you will find something you will want.”

“I wanted unsweetened iced tea and the dispenser was out so they brewed some but the tea came out sweet. They let me have the extra large Styrofoam cup full of ice and a bottle of water. Later I picked up a bottle of Perrier and was told they fixed the the tea making machine. The store associates are very nice, friendly and helpful.”

“I went to the store on Thunderbird and i-17 and needed to buy a new phone and switch services. I was amazed that the phone department only had one employee working at 7:30 at night. He explained three people had called off and no one was there to help him. I waited an hour before he was able to get free from setting up other phones. He finally called someone from geek squad to help him out at 8:30 and I was out of there by 9:15 with a new plan and new cell phone which I love. I got the Google Pixel 3a unlocked to use on any carrier. I'm happy with my purchase, but unhappy with management for not sending someone sooner. They need to cross train more employees for when there is a shortage. I enjoy Best buy and being able to use their credit card and make payments. I probably saved $200 by going to them. I wish there was a way to wave activation fees though. I got a good plan and a good phone so overall I'm happy with my experience they just need to work on staffing.”
