Tito always takes the time before and after your flight to conduct a 'mini-briefing' with you to make your upcoming flight the safest and most enjoyable. My 'day' job is teaching aviation courses for a local high school and Tito offered to have my students CATS tested - he even came to the school to give them the best Ground School Lesson prior to examination that they ever had. Over the years I decided I would return because I feel they are being honest, sincere and welcoming. My current dental hygienist has been fabulous (Ashley!) and my mouth has never been cleaner. My only gripe is getting my insurance to cover costs and my efforts have been unsuccessful but that's the insurance industry for ya.”
