“I tried out multiple different types of auto glass specific software and though it is not perfect, glassbiller is definitely the best in my opinion. Nick Minard the top guy over there is very good at helping you out whenever you need it. The software will tell you when you need clips or a molding it gives dealer part numbers and list prices. It is edi capably but since 95% of my insurance jobs are sgc I just use the sgc website for that. It prints out extremely professional receipts and invoices that Nick customized for my shop with my company logo on top and warranty info. With 1 touch of a button you can check part prices for PGW Mygrant and pilkington. You can even order parts from the distributors directly from glassbiller. It saves signatures and pictures in case the customer drops the dreaded “that wasnt like that before” just whip out your phone and show them the pics you took before you started working. It tells you exactly how many tubes of urethane you can bill the insurance as well as clips and moldings. That feature alone pays for the cost of the software. It also has a built in electric fax that is awesome because my office fax only works about 50% of the time.😜”

“I didn't really know Jim or Pam when we decided to sell our home. We got their flyers every month and I had met Jim at local car shows in the San Tan Ranch barn park. He seemed like a nice guy to me. We decided to move back home to Missouri and I decided to give Jim a call on Memorial Day weekend. I didn't think he would answer the call and I thought I would leave a message for him to call me back after the holiday. He answered the call and I explained who I was and where I lived in San Tan Ranch and told him I was thinking about selling my home. He asked several questions. One was if I knew what my house was worth. I had a ball park figure that I got off Zillow. He said right away he thought we could do better than that. He said let me do some research and could we meet together the next day if that was convenient with us or we could meet after the holiday. We met the next day and started the listing. True to his word he did his research and came up with the fair market value of our property and it was about $35k better than Zillow price. Just before we listed our house Jim and Pam came by our house and looked it over carefully and Jim said I think with the market how it is in Gilbert we could possibly raise the asking a additional $5k. I said you are the boss, let's go for it. Long story short Jim and Pam sold our house in one week for full price. They are good people. Very efficient. They have a professional photographer to take pics of your house to put on the web so it looks as good as it can. In this day and age they do what they say they will do and more. “Unbelievably great experience with this insurance agency. I have a long tenure with each insurance company that I've had home and auto policies with, only switching when either Price or Customer Service became an issue. “This location is super convenient due to it being on my way home after picking my mom up from dialysis. She is usually ravenous after her treatment and she loves the new nuggets. The customer service here is neither bubbly nor rude but sometimes is slow in filling orders. We've been asked to park in front of the store and have waited up to 10 mins for our order to be brought out to us. It's not ever looked tremendously busy when I've gone so maybe that's why it takes so long to fill an order because it's made after we order it? Aside from that, it's not a bad place to visit.”

I stayed here back in October and I haven't stopped raving about it since!! Linda and Dan are absolute gems (so much so that I felt like I'd made two new best friends after staying just one night here). The property is exquisite and their home, which they completely renovated themselves, is lovely. For a luxury b&b experience, this is definitely the place to stay in Tucson--the King Suite is super comfortable and had everything I could ever want in a staycation. If you go, I would absolutely add on the dinner package--it is SO worth it. Definitely recommended!!”
