“I've been taking my pets here for 4 years now. They helped me diagnose and treat bladder cancer in my dog, and then eventually helped me euthanize her when that time came. Dr. Zenk spent SO much time with me throughout those months. They text me, called me, and emailed me almost daily during that time. Now, a little over a year later, we decided to get a puppy. They've been great about all the vaccines and puppy check ups. And when my new puppy decided to eat cardboard, they directed me to the emergency vet (literally sat on the phone until I was able to find the place on Google maps because I was so worried I couldn't think straight), and then checked up on us the next day. The only time I sometimes have to go somewhere else is for getting my animals spayed or neutered. The clinics are a lot more affordable when it comes to those procedures.”

Our waitstaff “team” were attentive and incredibly knowledgeable regarding the dishes offered, as well as the local history and Native American influence. The food and its presentation were excellent. To top off the delightful experience, my husband was given a small gift in celebration of his birthday. An excellent option in the greater Phoenix area. “I had a great experience in my purchase of a Freeflow Azure Premier. Dave Pepe is very knowledgeable. He showed me comparisons to other models, all the color options, and gave me a referral for an electrician to convert the tub to 230V. On delivery, the installation team set every up everything. They converted and connected the 230V line, filled it, tested all the functions, and (as a first time hot tub owner) gave me several helpful suggestions on maintaining it. A lot of negative reviews for hot tubs center around the wait times, and mine took 6 months to deliver. However, I was told going into it that COVID was extending production times, so I knew in advance it’d take longer than normal. I will be back for all my future maintenance needs and would definitely recommend them.”

“I've been learning Pilates from Geneviève and Stevie at the Body Fundamentals studio for nearly ten years now and plan to continue for many years to come. I initially came to the studio after having surgery and they skillfully helped me regain my strength and balance so that now I am able take private or semi private lessons at least once, sometimes twice a week and feel the progress every session! Using their expertise and extensive training they instill confidence, promote safety, and provide careful personalized attention and instruction while using the equipment and working on the mat. They have taught me how to access the muscles that develop and maintain core strength, proper body mechanics, balance and alignment. “Ruby needed a good wash, from the moment I got there this big extremely friendly man was there to help me and answer my questions and when I mentioned that my husband had passed away he showed sincere emotion along with who I thought was his work buddy they let me tell my sad story and explained that washing my car was like therapy for me Kenneth gave me 5 extra minutes I knew I wil l be coming here for a while. I was given such wonderful attention I went to town on Ruby. As I was drying Ruby a man on a scooter showed up and started talking to some woman when he finished he walked past me and rudely asked if the items next to my car where mine I said yes these are my car towels and other car washing items he growled at me and said I have 5 minutes to finish and I mentioned that wasn't enough time to m⁵ way. He then proceeded to start a very loud argument with Kenneth telling him rude and uncalled things that I don't believe were fact and told him I was drinking a beer that the woman he spoke to left there. He then went all over yelling profanity. I thought he maybe was owner talking and cursing so. I went up to Kenneth and his cousin who I thought worked there because he was learning what to do there. I asked if I had made a problem for them they both asked me why and no sooner I explained what the other guy said they both came to my defense and told him to mind his manners as I was recently widowed he yelled more saying horrible things to my 2 champions I was glad to see him leave did I mentioned I was the only customer there and his harassment was pointless. I was assured by Kenneth and who I believe should be working with Kenneth that it would be okay to take my time with Ruby since there was no one else there. These two attendants will be seeing more of me and Ruby they are an asset to the company. As far as the jerk ditch him he will drive customers away. Thank you Kenneth and your cousin for being so kind to me.”
