There's two classes, crossfit and fitness (more for beginners), and they are both physically challenging but can be modified for personal limitations. Everyone is friendly, and it feels more like a family unit than anything else. They have fun challenges from time to time as well. It's an all-around great place to go reach some goals! I brought 2 of my 3 cars here with my wife and they were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. They were thorough and kept me informed the whole way as they encountered a problem with the threads for the plug. They were able to retap the oil pan and ensured the new plug sealed up properly.
